Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the client, coordinating with discipline leads, and developing digital solutions to optimize internal project processes.

Reporting directly to the Technical & Completions Director, you will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and validating data provided by various teams. You will also prepare and present KPI results during client meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with contractual commitments.

Additional responsibilities include:

Reporting & Project Performance Support

  • Produce periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for the client and senior management.
  • Provide targeted analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (construction, procurement, environment, HR) to collect and consolidate performance data.

Digital Development & Process Optimisation

Identify improvement opportunities based on project team needs.Design, develop, and deploy tailored digital tools (Power BI dashboards, automation solutions, databases, etc.).Standardize best practices and train internal users on newly developed tools.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Engineering degree required, ideally complemented by business school or project management training.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and advanced Excel.
  • Solid understanding of project management and performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
