Job Title: Media Performance Optimization Manager

About the Role:

iProspect is a global digital-first end-to-end media agency. Its unique combination of media strategy, storytelling, digital expertise, and audience knowledge defines the new territory of performance-driven brand building.

Data in marketing and advertising is rapidly evolving, as is the technology used to leverage it.

As clients prepare for a data-led, performance-driven world, they need help designing and implementing analytical solutions to ensure effective media investment and optimization.

The Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with client data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the media team.
  2. Translate client challenges into clear digital maturity models, roadmaps, and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide thought leadership, insights, and best practice recommendations for analytics and performance optimization.
  4. Drive Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives using global tools, finding optimal utilization strategies.
  5. Partner with Measurement teams to develop data and analytics frameworks for success.
  6. Consult on best practices for data collection, ingestion, visualization, reporting, and measurement for media optimization.
About You:
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and analytics.
  • Experience with data & analytics technology and platforms.
  • Ability to apply analytics to paid media, including Google marketing stack, third-party measurement, ad servers, bid management solutions, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level insights packs and dashboards that inform business decisions.
  • Broad knowledge of technology from applications to infrastructure.
  • Experience creating industry and category insights to support strategy development.
