**Job Overview**

This role reports directly to the Manager; Safety and involves coordinating training activities, developing and managing training plans and schedules, and facilitating competency verification for mobile workshop equipment and workshop tooling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing training for new employees including fitters, boilermakers, and service persons

• Facilitating verification of competency for mobile workshop equipment (forklift, telehandler, EWP)

• Supporting the development and review of training procedures and processes

• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with management, trainers, and corporate training support

• Monitoring, updating, and analysing records of training performance via INX and Power BI.

**Essential Requirements**

• Qualifications in Training & Assessment (Minimum Certificate IV)

• Current valid driver's license (ideally HR)

• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

• Strong relationship building, influencing, and negotiation skills

• Ability to self-manage and plan ahead

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience developing and implementing training programs
