Test Manager

Our client seeks an experienced Test Manager, ICT, to oversee test cycles for multiple projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing System Integration testing, Parallel Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage System Integration testing, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly together
  • Liaise with project teams to identify testing requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and execute test plans, including identifying test scenarios and scripts
  • Coordinate test data management and ensure accurate test results
  • Report test status and progress to stakeholders, including project managers and clients
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a test leadership role, preferably with HR ERP software
  • Proficiency in manual testing across various test cycles, including System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience with Workforce Management systems (Time and Attendance, Rostering, Scheduling)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities

About the Role

This is a temporary contract position, with a fixed term of 1 year. The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane CBD, working in a hybrid environment.
