">Senior Functional Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Functional Analyst to lead the development of innovative technical solutions and provide expert guidance to ensure efficient IT service delivery across various technologies in our organization.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder
  • Effective communication skills with experience mentoring and leading small teams of Marketing Cloud Functional Analysts
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS for advanced personalization across email, SMS, and cloud pages
  • Ability to build integrations with external systems and other enterprise platforms
  • Agile methodologies expertise and experience leading initiatives within cross-functional squads
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights from performance metrics
  • Proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and process improvement with a focus on automation and efficiency

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in functional analysis and a strong interest in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology. Experience in Agile project management and team leadership is highly beneficial.
