Salary and Benefits
We offer an attractive remuneration package, with average annual earnings ranging from $98,300 to $127,700. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn $35.16 to $42.99 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive an attendance allowance of $32 per day, as well as opportunities for overtime and annual leave loading of 17.5%.
Job Description
This role requires a mature and professional approach, with excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include diagnosing and inspecting vehicles, reconditioning and repairing them, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining company vehicles and assets, attending breakdowns, and effectively communicating any safety or maintenance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) and experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles. We are happy to provide training to assist you in developing these skills. Additionally, you must have a sound level of verbal and written communication, experience working in a team environment, and be proactive with a drive to find better ways to improve. We are looking for real individuals who are passionate and invested in achieving outcomes.
