About This Role

We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Case Manager at our Alice Springs location.

  • Support clients to achieve their goals within established plans.
  • Conduct intake and assessment with clients to develop a shared understanding of their circumstances and identify their strengths.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data.
  • Take preventative action in relation to potential high-risk situations.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients with various government and non-government agencies.

You Will Need (Requisite Skills & Qualifications)

  • Degree qualification in Social Work, Mental Health or Welfare, Community Development, or related field work experience.
  • Experience working with people who may not have English as a first language and knowledge of Local Aboriginal Communities and Culture.
  • A Working with Children Vulnerable people check and National police Record Check required.
  • A NT Drivers Licence.
