We are seeking a Regional Experience Coordinator to lead our Northern Territory experience portfolio. This key role will oversee the operational delivery of Larapinta Walk and Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa Signature Walk, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

About the Role

This full-time position is critical to delivering and growing our Northern Territory experience portfolio. You will report directly to our Delivery Head and be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the operational quality and safe delivery of Larapinta and Uluru walks
  • Customer service management and enhancement
  • Planning and development of new experience opportunities with the Delivery Head
  • Team management and training
  • Built relationships with stakeholders

You will have the opportunity to apply your leadership and planning skills to coordinate a team of driven individuals across Larapinta and Uluru Walk experiences.

We require someone with at least 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in tourism or multi-day walking industry. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team, extensive experience in managing customer service, and experience in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Coordinate a team of enthusiastic and driven individuals across Larapinta and Uluru Walk experiences

Operational Delivery:

  • Oversight of the operational quality and safe delivery of Larapinta and Uluru walks
  • Customer service management and enhancement

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Built relationships with stakeholders, including owners, clients, Traditional Owners, suppliers, and tourism organisations

Financial Planning:

  • Manage operational budgets with support from the Delivery Head

Professional Development:

  • Ongoing training and social and professional development events

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in tourism or multi-day walking industry

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team
  • Extensive experience in managing customer service and enhancing customer experiences
  • Experience in financial planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
