About the Role

The Data & Analytics Enablement Manager will lead the enablement of advanced analytics capabilities across Commercial & Personal Injury, empowering teams with cutting-edge tools and insights to drive informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
  • Develop and implement reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
  • Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.
  • Represent Commercial & Personal Injury in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations.
Your Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of extract, transform, load processes.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
