Job Title

A Community Support Officer position is available to provide exceptional support to clients in Gladstone, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood and ensuring business operations are running efficiently.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external customers.

The Community Support Officer will also be responsible for organizing appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.

They must ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.

Using mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications is also an essential requirement for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
  • Using mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications

Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – highly regarded
  • Great time-management skills and ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
