The Opportunity: We're looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our East Services & Projects Team in Gladstone.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with the opportunity to shape the way you work.
This isn't your typical 9–5 role – we know flexibility matters.

As the go-to person for our team, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day business activities, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities of this role include: Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team Coordinating and mobilising employees to site, including flight and travel bookings Project procurement support Timesheet entry, Payroll Queries Facilitation and Tracking General filing, record-keeping and office duties Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements within our compliance software.
