About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Culture Advisor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving and fostering a positive work environment across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within our organization.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all HR-related activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in conducting interviews, coordinating training programs, and facilitating entry-level learning sessions.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and possess a passion for people and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
