**The role: Strategist/ Senior Strategist**
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with an appetite to investigate people’s beliefs, values, and motivations and translate them into tangible, implementable, and practical insight strategies.
Working in deep partnership with clients, you’ll enjoy the full consulting journey - brief, facilitation, insight generation, analysis, ideas testing, presenting, and delivering presentations.

**Ideally, they’d love to speak to people that have**:
- Prior experience in insights-led strategy - qualitative research, behavioural economics, brand strategy, planning or design
- The ability to develop and conduct qualitative research across various methodologies - contextual interviews, focus groups, co-creation sessions, ethnography, observations, etc.
- Passion for creative thinking and a desire to deliver the unexpected
- Empathy, humility and a love for problem-solving
