Job Title: Supply Chain Officer
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our corporate team as a Supply Chain Officer. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate procurement, deliveries, and installations for our hotel network across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of inventory/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate furniture, procurement, and logistics across multiple properties
- Manage supplier, warehouse, and contractor relationships
- Oversee inventory tracking, records, and reporting
- Provide administrative and procurement support to the Supply Chain Manager
- 3+ years' experience in procurement, logistics, or administration
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of inventory/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) highly regarded
