Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
\We are seeking an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our team and support complex supply chain requirements for the sustainment of a key program.
\- Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure timely performance;
- Maintain currency of existing contracts, including negotiating and implementing contract variations;
- Manage existing contracts and promote contractor collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and compliance;
- Develop practical solutions to complex procurement issues;
- Identify and develop sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services;
- Prepare, negotiate, and execute contract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority;
- Manage contractor invoicing compliance and reporting;
- Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning;
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess:
\- Three to five years' experience in procurement or contract management;
- Relevant degree in business, commerce, or law (desirable);
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong knowledge of contracting and procurement processes and their interdependencies;
- A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
