Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within early childhood education.
