Nursery Room Leadership Career Pathway

Seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to guide our new nursery room team. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care for children aged 2-5.

- Developing and implementing a quality program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework;
- Mentoring less experienced staff and contributing to effective workplace operations;
- Complying with policies, procedures, licensing, legislation, and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you need:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood;
- OR Cert III qualification with Room Leader experience in a nursery setting;
- Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis;
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC);
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations;
- A willingness to further your professional knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A deep interest in the wellbeing of infants and their families.
