We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of People and Culture Specialist.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers exposure to all aspects of Human Resources, providing a fantastic chance to gain experience in recruitment coordination and general HR assistance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with divisions locally to support our continued growth. This role entails end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, workers compensation claims, and return-to-work programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with consideration given to recent graduates who can demonstrate reasonable work experience;
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence;
  • Good attention to detail and confident communication skills;
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
