Job Title:

People and Culture Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the organization's HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across various areas including talent acquisition, performance development, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, payroll, work cover, learning and development.
  • Handle sensitive confidential information and work closely with the HR Business Partner and Advisors to operationalize and maintain the global HRIS system.
  • Act as a conduit between the local business and the Global HR team.
  • Coordinate and maintain documentation for all employee files, manage sensitive confidential information appropriately, manage the group inbox, draft employee communications, and interpret reporting as necessary.
  • Assist the APAC Payroll manager with preparing payroll information for submission and responding to queries in relation to leave balances.
  • Maintain the HRIS system, support the P&C events calendar, and employee events throughout the year.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes for all employees, including contract preparation, IT ticket submissions, and employee documentation.
  • Process P&C related invoices and expense management, liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
