People and Culture Specialist
About the Role:

This role is a key part of our ongoing success in delivering high-quality HR services to our clients. As a People and Culture Specialist, you will work closely with our team to support the delivery of recruitment, reward and recognition, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information to employees on HR-related queries in a timely manner;
  • Assisting with recruitment activities and onboarding new staff members;
  • Facilitating company inductions and other training programs as required;
  • Maintaining accurate records and information systems for ISS employees;
  • Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

You will also have opportunities to contribute to various projects and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.


Minimum Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar HR/recruitment position;
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work, with a passion for delivering exceptional results;
  • The ability to exercise good judgment and take initiative when solving problems;
  • Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and environments;
