Softtest Pays is seeking an experienced Transformational Delivery Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring Agile delivery teams to achieve maximum user value on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Experience in managing technical and non-technical staff, including Developers, Testers, Analysts, and Dev Ops Engineers
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and navigate challenges and roadblocks
  • Analyse delivery processes and identify areas for optimisation
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams and other Agile delivery managers
  • Experience in using Agile metrics and reporting tools to track progress and measure team progress
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or other relevant Agile certifications

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in government and/or enterprise-level software development
  • Extensive experience using and implementing Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively
  • Experience in managing technical and non-technical staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ability to analyse delivery processes and identify areas for optimisation
