Job Overview

The Village Manager is a key role within the community, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the village runs smoothly.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional service to residents by being approachable, empathetic and proactive in addressing their needs.
  • Supporting residents' wellbeing, independence and sense of connection through regular engagement and communication.
  • Liaising with internal teams to coordinate maintenance and refurbishment works, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Managing records, correspondence and reporting using established systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contributing to the development of an inclusive and respectful village culture by fostering positive relationships and promoting harmony among residents and staff.
  • Participating in strategic planning and supporting annual meetings with residents, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
