Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to fill the role of Village Manager. As the on-site manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the village, providing exceptional service to residents, and fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the village, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to coordinate services and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
