The Role

As a full-time Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients and making a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth operation of the practice
  • Maintaining open communication with patients regarding available services and promotions
  • Handling payments and sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Providing high-end patient care by building relationships with all clients in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To work full-time, with a 4-day condensed workweek (Tuesday to Friday, 7:45am - 6:15pm)
  • To have every Monday off
  • All levels of experience welcome; prior dental experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • To be a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • To possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • To be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and patient care
  • To demonstrate organizational skills with attention to detail
  • To build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
