Store Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Hawthorn and Balwyn stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective overall operation of the Hawthorn and Balwyn stores
  • Creative merchandising and stock control for both stores
  • Open and close cash and credit card reconciliation
  • Meeting KPIs and increasing overall sales
  • Drive your team to create an engaging, authentic customer experience
  • Recruit, interview, train and supervise employees and roster staff accordingly
