We assist NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants on every step of their employment journey. Our support covers aspiration and motivation, health and wellbeing, interpersonal skills, and job search skills, among others.

Role Overview

  • We are dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and paid employment opportunities.
  • This is a full-time on-site role for an NDIS Employment Consultant, located in Carrum Downs VIC.
  • The NDIS Employment Consultant will provide direct support to NDIS participants developing and implementing job search strategies offering career counseling and conducting job coaching sessions.
  • Responsibilities also include case management and accompanying participants to appointments and job interviews.
  • The consultant will work collaboratively with participants to enhance their employability and ensure successful job placements.
