**Job Overview:**
We collaborate with injured workers, potential employers, and our team of allied health professionals to provide safe and sustainable paths for workers to re-enter the workforce.
- Partner with clients to develop job skills, build confidence, and promote independence;
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and employers;
- Identify and create new employment opportunities in local areas, providing swift re-engagement into employment for workers detached from the workplace due to injury (physical and/or psychological);
- Build strong relationships with local employers and organizations;
- Maintain regular written progress reports.

**Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in Employment services/Disability Employment or recruitment;
  • Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of the local labour market;
  • A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
  • The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver's licence and motor vehicle.
