We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Oracle Fusion and Smart Recruiters platforms.
">This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our HR and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our business.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS or People Systems Administration, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable with data analysis and system reporting, and have a collaborative and proactive approach to process improvement.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Oracle HCM and SmartRecruiters systems.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all people systems.
- Configure system updates and support quarterly releases.
- Provide day-to-day user support, training, and create documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Partner with HR and Technology teams to deliver solutions that work.
- Maintain security and compliance standards for all data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in HRIS or People Systems Administration.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Oracle Fusion and SmartRecruiters.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to process improvement.
