About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to prepare reports and resources for various projects. This role involves coordinating tasks such as preparation and monitoring of project financials, departmental budgets and expenditures as well as organising and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and administration of financial operating budgets and forecasts.
  • Enabling Project Financials - processing and approving invoice payments, tracking payments, requests for funds and client invoicing.
  • Managing and Coordinating Project SAP Financial Requirements & Reconciliations including: AP/AR Queries, Customer Billing Management, Creating Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship is Required due to working with Government Clients.
  • Strong Organisational Skills and Attention to Detail are Essential.
  • Highly Proficient User of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Adobe Suites is Necessary.
  • The Ability to Work Under Pressure with Time-Sensitive Deadlines is Required.
  • SAP or Ariba Experience is Preferable but not Essential.
