About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Country HR Lead to join our APAC People team in Sydney, reporting to the APAC People Director. This is a 12-month cover for parental leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the ANZ Managing Director and various teams to ensure employee and business needs are met.
  • Recommend and implement new HR processes to support business growth.
  • Influence business and talent initiatives that drive high performance and operational excellence.
  • Act as an executive coach for key clients and leaders, holding a high bar for leadership values and behaviors.
  • Model and reinforce our cultural values of being kind, smart, and creative.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Snap Inc. products.
  • Experience designing and deploying HR systems and processes.
  • Experience with people data analytics and influencing with data.
