Health Operations Manager

This role presents a unique chance for professional growth and making a positive impact on the lives of residents in a premium residential care facility.
- Appointees will oversee appointments, scheduling, and financial billings.
- Clinical and other supplies will be monitored and ordered accordingly.
- Practice processes, building, and equipment must meet organisational and WHS requirements.
- Regular reports on practice operations and efficiency are expected.
- The appointee will liaise with health professionals to coordinate practice business.
- Administrative and reception staff will be trained and managed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM and financial billing systems (e.g. MBS, HICAPS) is essential.
- A good understanding of compliance, legislative, and accreditation requirements relating to health/aged care is required.
- Strong computer literacy skills are necessary.
- Professional and positive communication skills are crucial.
- Attention to detail is paramount.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively is expected.
Benefits and Requirements:
- National Police Clearance must be obtained within six months prior to commencement.
- An up-to-date immunisation record, including flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, is mandatory.
- A completed pre-employment health questionnaire must be provided.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
- A valid WA Drivers' Licence is a necessity.
