We're Intense Health — a fast-growing, high-performance health brand. We're about to open our 7th Intense Health clinic and preparing for Australia-wide expansion.

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who's ready to work side-by-side with us to build something legendary. This is full ownership of the day-to-day running of our company so our founders can focus on expansion and brand growth.

We deliver life-changing results through resistance training, low-carb nutrition, and fasting strategies — and now we need a hands-on Operations Manager to run the company day-to-day so the founders can focus on scaling our impact and brand awareness.

Your Mission
You will be the operational heartbeat of Intense Health — leading teams, refining systems, and making sure every location runs like a high-performance machine. You'll take ownership, make the tough calls, and drive the standards that protect our culture and deliver our promise to clients.

What You'll Do

Take complete responsibility for daily operations across all locations.

Oversee and closely manage sales, retention, and admin departments.

Handle client escalations with professionalism and problem-solving excellence.

Drive team performance, KPIs, and accountability at every level.

Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing staff to uphold our standards.

Implement and improve systems, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Report directly to the founders with clear, actionable operational updates.

Make fast, data-driven decisions to solve problems before they escalate.

Ensure our high standards are met every single day, in every clinic.

Deeply understand how Andreia and Marcelo have built Intense Health — our vision, mission, values, and proven "secret sauce" for success.

Replicate and protect that culture and decision-making style in every operational choice, ensuring the business scales without losing its DNA.

Run the company as if it were your own — making decisions aligned with our principles, not personal preference.

Be the operational backbone so the founders can focus on expansion, brand growth, and strategic partnerships.

Role Structure & Hours

Full-time — 40 hours per week with a set weekly framework.

You will also hold a business phone and be the first point of contact for operational needs, client escalations, and urgent matters.

Responsible for the entire company's day-to-day success — employees, clients, and operational performance.

Onsite role – Applecross Head Office + regular clinic visits.

Weekly Schedule:

Mon: 8:00am – 5:00pm (30-min break)

Tue–Thu: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-min break)

Fri: 9:00am – 4:30pm (30-min break)

Sat: 10:00am – 12:00pm

This is a results-first role — some weeks will demand more than 40 hours. If the business needs you, you make it happen. We value ownership, not clock-watching.

Ability to run multiple departments without dropping the ball.

Health, fitness, or wellness industry experience.

Sales or client retention management background.

Experience scaling systems for multi-site businesses.
