Learning and Development Coordinator

Job Description

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of learning and development across our national network. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective training logistics, manage learner management systems, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Our Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training schedules, venues, and travel arrangements. This involves managing student records and compliance data, generating reports to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with AQTF and RTO requirements.

You will also contribute to the development of engaging learning resources, considering adult learning principles to maximize student engagement. Additionally, you will respond to frontline queries related to RTO, providing outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
