Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Presales Consultant at Provenir

Provenir is a global fintech company that empowers businesses to make smarter decisions, faster. We're seeking a Senior Presales Consultant who will partner with our customer-facing teams to sell our risk-decisioning platform. As a business thought leader, you'll understand customer challenges and deliver a compelling proposition with strong emphasis on value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer discovery to elicit needs, issues, and pain points.
  • Create compelling story-telling demonstrations and presentations of the Provenir offering to address customer challenges.
  • Articulate the benefits and potential value of the proposed solution to the customer.
  • Support the sales cycle as required, including Q&A sessions and workshops.
  • Contribute to answering customer RFPs and coordinate subject matter experts company-wide.
  • Build and nurture technical relationships with client-side counterparts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience working with sales teams, either for a software vendor or consulting.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of credit risk, AI/machine learning, fraud risk/financial crimes prevention, and business analytics.
  • Nice to have at least one year of experience working in banks.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related major.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working with and building trust with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritize and manage work for a team with varied priorities.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
