Director of School Operations

The University of Queensland is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of School Manager within the School of Political Science and International Studies.
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the School, ensuring its organisational and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of School and other members of the School Executive to drive strategic planning, service design, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing budgets, human resources, and student/academic administration. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
