Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assessment and analysis of business requirements to identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital solutions
  • Maintain high-quality technical advice and expertise in relation to critical agency applications and business systems
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behavior
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating and implementing systems development and configuration activities
  • Well-developed knowledge of contemporary techniques, concepts, standards and processes appropriate for the development of Digital systems
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating change and release activities in an Digital systems development context
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring work to meet time and quality standards
  • Highly skilled in the use of usual office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook (e-mail)
