Contract Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and procurement practices to ensure compliance and thoroughness.

The role involves leading the contracts and procurement function, managing tendering processes, contract negotiations, and ensuring CPS230 compliance.

  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiating optimal terms and conditions.
  • Manage Procurement Processes: Oversee tendering processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain Contract Register: Monitor and update the contract register, maintaining accurate records of agreements and service level agreements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Contractual Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements, securing favorable terms and conditions.
  • Procurement and Supplier Management: Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier lifecycle management.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within deadlines.
