Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking a talented Contract Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This is an entry-level role with clear development and growth opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Support the Procurement Team with sourcing, purchasing, contracts administration tasks and supplier management.
  • Source, prepare and review quotations for goods and services ensuring compliance and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in supplier setup and process purchase requisitions in line with our Procurement Policy.
  • Manage supplier insurance records, providing accurate and timely data.
  • Assist with preparing tender documentation, addressing stakeholder queries and monitoring contract end dates.
  • Provide general contracts administrative and ERP system support to the Procurement Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial environment experience with exposure to contract management or previous procurement experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Proven skills in purchasing processes, supplier management, ERP systems, TechOne or similar, Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities and excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
