Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the face of our store, providing a welcoming and helpful experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction counts.

  • Assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions and resolving any issues they may have.

  • Managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment and serving customers at our checkout registers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
