About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Gaming Crew at West HQ. As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring the gaming floor is clean and well-presented, and upholding our harm minimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service across our gaming services, including TAB and Keno
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming gaming floor environment
  • Support our harm minimization strategies and compliance standards
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a warm and engaging personality, who is helpful, outgoing, and enjoys working in a team. While previous gaming experience is not necessary, you'll need to hold an RSA and RCG Competency Card. Our supportive team will provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.
