About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Gaming Crew at West HQ. As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our gaming services, ensuring the gaming floor is clean and well-presented, and upholding our harm minimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our patrons, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented gaming floor, adhering to our high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with our harm minimization strategies, promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting our patrons in need.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a warm and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to hold a RSA and RCG Competency Card, although previous gaming experience is not necessary. Our supportive team will provide on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
