About the Role

The Gaming Tray Attendant role is a key position in our gaming area, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patrons.

As a Gaming Tray Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing tray service for food and beverages
  • Supplying, dispensing or mixing of liquor
  • Ensuring all areas of the gaming floor are kept clean, neat and tidy
  • Performing cleaning duties in areas including toilets, drink stations, smoking terrace, walkways and carpeted areas
  • Handling general basic customer enquiries
  • Ensuring all chairs and gaming stools are pushed in and are in order at all times
  • Following cash handling procedures
  • Adhering to workplace policies and procedures
  • Participating as part of a team providing services to patrons
  • Providing a safe and healthy work environment through the application of recognised occupational health and safety practices
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gaming Tray Attendant. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current NSW Competency Card (RSA & RCG)
  • School certificate (or equivalent)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming
  • Full availability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
  • Ability to work standing and walking for a minimum of 5 hours continuously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A current Police Clearance certificate
