About the Role:

Our Gaming Attendants are the face of our gaming services, providing a second-to-none customer experience across TAB and Keno. You'll work closely with our friendly and knowledgeable team to uphold our harm minimization strategies and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented gaming floor
  • Uphold our harm minimization strategies and compliance standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
