Commercial Litigation Solicitor Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial building and development disputes, engineering disputes, residential building disputes, regulatory disputes, and insolvency disputes.

  • Progress litigation matters from start to finish under supportive supervision;
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other court documents;
  • Appear at hearings (including directions hearings, winding-up and creditors' petitions, and interlocutory applications);
  • Prepare detailed advice and evidence; and
  • Brief and work closely with counsel on defended litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for a solicitor who has 2-5 years PQE and a strong academic record. You will need experience in commercial litigation or back-end construction dispute resolution and excellent attention to detail and research skills.
