Commercial Litigation Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our Disputes and Investigations Practice, collaborating with lawyers across all offices.

You will advise clients from various sectors, including government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure. Our structure provides exposure to different Partners and a range of work, allowing for specialization and building a strong foundation in your chosen areas.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Significant commercial litigation for leading Australian entities and government
  • Cross-border litigation and restructuring for major corporates
  • Large-scale insolvency, restructuring, and workouts for banks and accounting firms
  • Investigations, including regulatory and government inquiries

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working (60% in-office). Flexibility is valued, and we can discuss arrangements to suit your needs.
