Leasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our Property & Projects team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on an interesting and varied range of property and leasing matters using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize lease documents;
  • Manage a high volume of leasing matters from instruction to completion;
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, or their representatives, as well as internal team members and stakeholders;
  • Record time in Aderant and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of leasing experience in a busy, high volume role;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • The ability to manage a high number of matters simultaneously;
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work;
  • Experience working with PEXA and shared databases.
