Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager

At KAPiTAL Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of an infrastructure migration project as part of a large business separation. This role involves providing strategic oversight and guidance across Azure infrastructure & applications migration & end user computing ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery across the project's key areas, ensuring solutions are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical strategy, offering guidance and expertise to internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive the project forward by managing the delivery timeline, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technical and business goals are consistently met.
  • Oversee the coordination between teams and vendors, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a focus on outcome-based delivery, ensuring the successful completion of each phase of the project.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in technical delivery management within large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects related to Azure infrastructure, application migrations, and end user computing.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of technical execution with business goals.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of providing high-level technical direction and strategic insights.
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities, ensuring the project remains on track and within scope.
Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience in projects related to business separation or merger activities is advantageous.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
