**Company Overview:**

We are a leading ASX listed property asset manager seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team on a six-month contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing month-end accounting processes, including monthly accruals, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations as required.

Key responsibilities include completing bank account reconciliations and journals associated with deposits, sales, and settlements on a weekly basis, as well as preparing commission calculations on a fortnightly basis for payment in line with settlements and commission terms.

You will also work closely with the finance team to prepare the audit file to support financial statements and disclosures, assist in the preparation of the annual budget, and participate in the quarterly feasibility review.

In addition, you will upload and validate capex budgets in JDE and review project cost coding allocations. The role requires effective communication at all levels and strong business partnering skills.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of [Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum] salary depending on experience.
  • Previous experience working in a development accounting or management accounting role is essential.
  • Strong exposure to feasibility analysis across multiple projects is highly desirable.
