Customer Experience Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our McCafe business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including gold-standard coffee.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Well-presented, friendly, and organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Comfortable engaging with people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Capable of lifting, shifting, and moving items, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A great team player, committed to achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Capable of hearing and responding to various alerts and alarms.
  • Police Check required if successful (applicants over 18 years only).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Coffee making experience is desirable but not required. We provide extensive training to all of our staff, including barista training for any applicants interested in joining our McCafe team.
