Job Overview

The New Energy national business unit is experiencing rapid growth, presenting opportunities for professionals with a strong focus on health, safety, and environment (HSEQ).

About the Role

This HSEQ Advisor position will report directly to the Project Manager & HSE Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and responsible services related to health, safety, and environment.
  • Contribute to the development of Work Packs – methodology and Risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed methodologies, Work Pack requirements, and organizational policies, procedures, and legislative regulations.
  • Assist in investigating incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure synergy and mobility.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum certificate 4 in occupational health and safety management, with a diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline being desirable.
  • Strong experience in similar site-based roles within the construction industry.
  • A robust understanding of the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
  • Experience in implementing Safety Management Systems.

Relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
